First, I nominate and appoint my nephew Welcome G. COLVIN, executor of this my last will and testament and direct that he be not required to file other than a personal bond as such executor.

Second, I direct my executor to pay all of my just debts, including expenses of my last sickness and burial expenses out of my estate as soon as possible after my decease.

Third. I give and bequeath the sum of five ($5) Dollars to my nephew Nathan COLVIN, son of Nathan and Gertrude P. (CAMPBELL) COLVIN.

Fourth. All the rest residue and remainder of my estate, of whatever kind and nature and wherever situate, including real, personal, and mixed property, and whether acquired before or after the execution of this will, and any property over which I may have power bequeath to my nephew Welcome G. COLVIN son of Nathan and Sarah D. (LILLIBRIDGE) COLVIN.

To him, the said Welcome G. COLVIN and to his heirs asigns forever. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 21^st day of July 1938.
