DEED James ABBOTT to Pardon ABBOTT
Received and recorded March 18, 1811
At six of the clock P.M. Witness John REMINGTON Town Clerk a recording is here in ther 12th book of land evidence in folio at page 538 Witness John REMINGTON Clerk.
Know all men by these presents that I James ABBOTT of Coventry in the County of Kent and State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations yeoman in confederation of the sum of two hundred and thirty four dollars to me in hand well and truly paid by Pardon ABBOTT of the Town of Coventry and state aforesaid yeoman the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have given granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do hereby promise release and forever quit claim unto him the said Pardon ABBOTT his heirs and assigns forever all the rights to the interest property claim or demand that I now have ever had or hereafter might or could have of in on unto all the Real Estate where of my brother Jeremiah ABBOTT of late of Coventry deceased fild leaked and possessed Estimated lying and being of Coventry aforesaid---
To have and to hold the above remised relegated and Quit claim premises together will all the privileged and appurtenances to the farms belonging on and appertaining to him the said Pardon ABBOTT his heirs and assigns forever----
And I Catherine ABBOTT wife of the said James ABBOTT for the confederation aforesaid paid my said husband to here by yield up and surrender all my rights of demand power of that do of in and unto the aforesaid land and premises to him the said Pardon ABBOTT his heirs and assigns forever.
In witnesses where of we have here unto set our hand and seals this eighteenth day of March A.D. 1811
